What people ask.
How much builders dust is reasonable to leave behind?
None. We work in two stages where needed — first a rough clean to remove construction debris, then a final sparkle once the dust has settled. The space should look like the builders never were.
Do you work with the builder or the homeowner?
Either. We're often booked by the contractor as a final-stage handover, but homeowners book us directly too. We coordinate with whoever's on-site.
What about stickers and protective film?
Removed and discarded. Manufacturer protective film on appliances, glass and brassware all comes off as part of the sparkle.
How long does an after-builders clean take?
Depends on the size and the level of dust. A small bathroom refit might be a half-day; a full house build is usually one to three days for two cleaners. We'll quote on a walk-through.
