What people ask.
Can you do same-day turnovers?
Yes, that's most of what we do for holiday lets. Guests check out at 10am, we're in around 11am, the property is guest-ready by check-in.
Do you handle linen?
Yes. Beds stripped, fresh bedding made, and we take dirty linen away if you have an outsourced laundry service in the loop. We can recommend a Dorset launderer if you need one.
How do you access the property?
Most of our holiday-let owners use a key safe or smart lock, so we never need owners on-site for handover. We'll send photos of the finished property after every clean.
Do you restock the basics?
On request. Toilet roll, bin bags, dishwasher tablets, kitchen roll. We keep a list per property and restock as part of every changeover.
